1. General Refund Principles

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business. We invest significant time in preparing for each coaching session and reserve time specifically for each client. Therefore, adequate notice is required for cancellations and refunds.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times vary by payment method but typically take 5-10 business days after approval.

2. Individual Session Cancellation and Refunds

2.1 Cancellation by Client

For individual coaching sessions, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:

2.2 Rescheduling vs. Cancellation

We encourage rescheduling rather than cancellation when possible. Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance can be accommodated without penalty, subject to coach availability.

2.3 Emergency Situations

We understand that genuine emergencies occur. In cases of documented medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include rescheduling without penalty or a partial refund.

3. Coaching Package Refunds

Coaching packages must be used within 6 months of purchase date. Unused sessions after this period expire without refund. Extensions may be requested in writing and are granted at our discretion, potentially with an extension fee.

If we need to cancel a scheduled session due to coach illness, emergency, or other unavoidable circumstances, you will receive:

Refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Refunds for quality concerns are more likely to be granted early in the coaching relationship.
